Full Pay Not Pool Pay

Through case studies conducted by UNISON, it’s estimated that Support Workers who do just 3 pool shifts per week could be losing up to £3,528 per year – just because pool shifts don’t have the same enhancements attached as rota’d shifts.

That’s a lot of money – imagine what you could do with £3,528 extra a year. That’s why UNISON members started the Full Pay, Not Pool Pay Campaign to end the pay difference between those on rota’d shifts and those on pool shifts.
